Yes! All of our artists & entertainers carry liability insurance.

All of our artists use hypoallergenic, FDA compliant, professional makeup product. Many of the products we use are vegan and we use biodegradable glitter whenever possible.

We serve all five NYC boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, and the Hamptons as our primary service areas. We also travel to upstate NY and New Jersey depending on availability — contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

Sometimes! We flex depending on how big your crowd is and how much time we have. Sometimes a menu makes things go faster, but sometimes it can slow things down. If you absolutely want a menu, just request it! We also offer custom menus, matched to the theme of your event.

Our rates vary depending on the size of your guest list, your event date, and the number of artists/entertainers you will need. Contact us for a custom quote, and easy grab-and-go package rates.

A nonrefundable deposit will be due before considering your event “Booked”. We’ll send you a link to pay the deposit via our convenient online booking system.

We serve events of all sizes across NYC and the surrounding area — reach out and we'll find the right package for you.

1. A shady area if the artist/entertainer will be outside, and a sheltered option available in case of inclement weather.
   

2. Some of our services require a table and chairs, and others just need some space to work out of. We’ll let you know!
   

3. Adequate lighting if your event is indoors.

On the big day, your entertainer will arrive a bit early to introduce themselves and set up. They will deliver exceptional service for the time you have booked, and will check in with you again when leaving to collect payment. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated! Sheila will follow up with you after the event to see how everything went.

We make every effort to be flexible to the varying needs of our clients. Overtime may be charged in 30 minute increments if we need to stay late due to a higher headcount than anticipated. Your will be consulted before anything is added to your bill. This option is subject to availability.

In the event you need to postpone, the deposit is applicable towards a reschedule within 90 days.
